Reason for termination

The day from which the termination starts

Termination period for billing customers is 2 months (+30 days transition period if needed). For online stamp credit customers services, can be terminated immediately. Online stamp credit customers are advised to check the balance of their online stamps before termination, as they are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another customer. Negative balances will be charged retroactively.
